Orienteering? - Tue Feb 28th - 9pm GMT

Let's go orienteering.

Tuesday 28th Feb - 2012 - 9pm GMT - All welcome. World 114.

OK, I kind of just thought this event up, so I hope it makes some sense and maybe even be fun lol.

Ok so we will meet in Al Kharid palace (Glory amulet tele)

You can carry no items in your inventory, and be wearing nothing at the start of the event. To confirm this you will need an "empty bag caller" (purchasable in Al kharid for 14gp - you will nee to use my friends chat to use the function (I dont think it works in CC)

This will primarily be a test of your sense of direction, your knowledge of the map ( and knoweledge of travel around the map) and your ability to determine where I am.

there will be 10 rounds all slightly different, where I'll place myself somewhere (not hiding I'll tell you where) the competition being who can get there first. There are some twists, which I wont mention so you cant pre-prepare lol. One thing I will mention, at each round start, you must again have nothing in your inventory or on your person and no familiar. There are no rules how you travel, get there any way you can, but you must have no items on you when you arrive (or be willing to drop them before the next round starts).

Points will be scored in order of your arrival.. ie 1st to arrive 1 point. 5th to arrive 5 etc..
Lowest points at the end of 10 round wins.

Game should take at most 30 mins. (unless Debs is playing then each round may last 30 mins)

(sorry no prize except maybe the knowledge that you are Orienteererer of the month - yes I invented a whole new word for the event, see how generous I am!)

You may need this:

http://www.tip.it/runescape/html/rune_t ... ocator.htm

I will post some co-ordinates just to confirm exactly where i am on a few rounds, but you wont need your map and sextant, just use the locator to see where i am :)

Sry, had to leave the event. RS client crashed 4 times, 3 times during 1 round, I gave up.
It happens a lot , especially when im running... I wasn´t able to train agility even because RS crashed at EVERY lap.. both in ape atoll and at gnome course.. And playing from browser doesn´t help either, the screen just goes black in same places... tried that too :(

It was fun while I could play :)

Thanks Deep and have fun guys and gals :)
