Jerry con level doesn't really matter. I don't think anyone minds if you have flashy items or not. Its more for the sport and the more houses the better I believe. I myself am only 74 con atm.

I should have added this to my post, I'd be willing to show my house as well, it's in Pollineavech but I understand that is out of the way for the event, so I can move it I'll have to work on it a bit tonight though lol
