Just to double check, I'm allowed to use effigies that I obtain DURING skillweek-end, but not before, correct?

For skill week-end events, that is correct.

@Admins (or people with the power), could you either make this: http://www.koaclan.co.uk/forums/viewtopi ... =95&t=4965 topic visible to me, or copy its contents and PM it to me...as that was the basis of the rules it would be a nice little bit of information to have.
