Beginning Dungeoneering Event

Edit: Poppy had a good idea to just go ahead and put your name down, regardless of whether or not you can make the event. We can pair people up, or you can pair yourselves up, and decide on a time to go together. Sound okay? And if you are a beginner, please post your dungeoneering level and what if any floor/floors you are on.

Lots of folks have expressed an interest in learning how to dungeoneer...myself included. And lots of folks have expressed a willingness to help...

Would anyone be interested in having an dungeoneering event where we beginners could match up with willing tutors to get teams together and show us the ropes? Please post here if you'd like to participate as either a tutor or a student!

This will have to be a US-timed event, because of my schedule, but we can do it again at a different time if there is enough interest.

Okay, so far for teachers we have:
BFOA and sSnowAngel
Loxy
Ooberman
Zaijal
Darth Kaz
Scootchy

Students:
RedFalling
Kiddioo
Lawidget
Enjay
Serame
Skampii
Lord Anwyn (?)
Firstknight4
Iron Bible
Paragram
Iamshe
Steestee

We'll use w114 if that works for everyone. Meet at Daemonheim.

I really need to find the time to do this. 3/4 of my dungeon level is from tears. I know I can solo but the exp is absolutely awful, and I would really like to get some of those items eventually.

I can always help out with the teaching. I dont consider myself an expert but I have a certain style of doing teams that I really think works and would love to teach to some of the clan.

Great idea Serame, unfortunately a little late for me. If there is one planned which suits my time zone better I will certainly help out as a tutor, although I don't see myself as any kind of expert.

I'd happily teach, as always. However this may be a difficult time for me. Perhaps if you link ppl they can choose their own time? I find it's much easier to teach if the whole team isn't new as ppl will pick things up at different rates. So maybe 1 or 2 pupils per teacher would be best.

Nice plan Serame. For me its a bit late too. If there is a European ''team", maybe we can do it on another time?

After skills week is over, if anyone who can not make it at this time would like me to take them through some floors, I would be happy to. Just let me know in cc. I can take just you or take a whole team.
