According to a study from George Mason University calling itself the United States Election Project, (http://elections.gmu.edu/Turnout_2010G.html)
the estimated VEP Highest Office Turnout Rate (Voting rate based on eligible voters for the highest office to be voted on) was 40.3%.
60/140=42.8%, so as sad as it is, we had better turnout for the vote on this than they estimate for the US president.

However, we have quite a few non-US clan members, and I believe it's true to say that voter turnout in other countries (esp. Europe) is generally higher than what is seen with US elections.

Actually, 60 member stopping by to vote is pretty epic. I've never seen that many ppl in this clan vote for any pole, especially when I compare it to other clans that I've been in, in the past.

i dont think changing the age will make a difference you will always get people no matter what age that will cause problems.
