All day star hunting event. 10am - midnight BST
Please note we will break from this event to do the usual SC Sunday event at 9pm BST.
Ok as a self-confessed star hunting noob, I have enlisted the help of 3 experts, namely Ooberman05, Godess Frigg and Beefeater555. Many thanks to you guys for helping with this and special thanks to Oob for all the info

It seems that stars come in waves roughly every 2 hours and fall up to 15 minutes apart so it may be best for someone to find 2 stars 15 minutes part (or as near as). When it's close to the time of the first star we get as many of the locations covered as possible so we can all get there as quick as we can and start mining. When it is time for the second star some people will hop worlds and start looking for the second star while everybody else stays and mines. Then depending what size the new star is and what size the first star is and how many people are at each we can all hop to the second star and have a bit more time mining.
Oob, Jane, Beef and myself are willing to run about finding stars when we are online through the day, but to get the most out of it we really want all the participants involved in finding the star not just mining. Depending where the star is going to fall we may want 3-4 people hopping to search for the second star.
If you have a mahogany telescope in your house and wish to take part in the event, please help by calling locations and timings in the cc.
Once we have done the second star we have no choice really but to wait until the next wave of stars.
So, please register your interest in the event and indicate whether you are able to help with locating stars due to fall or with covering locations once a star is due.
