Squirks collected prior to the skill week are not allowed. While Guthix Sleeps (WGS) quest reward is also not allowed.

Last time we did thieving as a skillweek was in November 2009. The previous 3 skills trained during a skillweek cannot be selected for the next month's skillweek. After that, it's up to the democractic process...

Further clarification: No squirks (garden juices) collected prior to event. You only can trade for exp those juices that you collect during the skill week.
