Hi,

As you may or may not have noticed, I'm new
I wanna be a Clan Friend B (that's what it's called in this topic at least: http://www.koaclan.co.uk/index.php?option ... =38&t=1063).

I wanna check out the clan, meet some people, join the clan chat sometime, ... See if it's worth joining
I've only ever been in 1 clan before, but that was ages ago and only lasted for a week. I never really felt the need of joining one, but this one looked pretty cool!
It's mostly the mandatory events that "scare me off", and I'm never sure how long I can play at a time. But that 1 event/month rule looks perfect for me

Some personal info: I've been a Runescape Category Moderator on RuneHQ for a few months now, but I've been a member there for over 3 years.
I'm from Belgium, active RS player, have 99 Thieving and a Quest Cape, currently going for Defence. I have the feared/admired silver muffin next to my name, and my chat is always set to "On" ;)
Irl, I'm a student in my first year (I erm... "took a year off" last year :/ ) and I've played basketball since I was 5. I work as a bartender in a restaurant in the weekends.

I already took the liberty of filling in a full app:

Response: 4-5 years? Not sure.

Response: Yes.

Question: Will This be your only clan?
Response: If I like what I see here, sure

Question: What do you expect from KoA?
Response: An adult community, with a few group events (it's always hard to gather enough friends for a BA trip or something...).

Question: We have a minimum of 5 posts per month and each member must attend 1 event a month. Could you agree to these requirements? (time out can be taken)
Response: I will definately make the post req, but I have school during the week and I work in the weekends, so if the timing's bad I might not even make the 1 event/month :/

Question: We do require that you show respect to other clan members and to try and keep your language clean, this is an over 18 clan however we do not allow links to pornography or questionable adult material.
Do you agree to these terms and have you read the wesbite terms and conditions?

Question: How did you find KoA clan. (web search, tip.it, zybez, etc..)

You will definitely like it here. Everyone is very friendly.

As for the event requirement, we know there is a real life besides runescapes for all of us so we are very understanding. Besides that, when we are no preparing for the Olympics (which we are right now), we normally have a lot of events to choose from for different time zones and days of the week. Since you are on the other side of the pond (Atlantic Ocean) you actually should have an even larger variety of events to choose from. I say this because there is a lot more events based on "prime time" for European Time Zones.
