If two or more skills tie at the end of the clan vote, the skill that was competed the furthest removed (timewise) will be selected. For example, skill A and B tie with the clan vote on January 2012. Skill A was last competed December 2010; skill B was last competed October 2010. Skill B will be selected.
The only rules for Skill Week are: Obey Jagex and KoA Clan general rules. Otherwise, have at it!
