thanks, Mj. Fealty exp from the clan cape is on" not allowed" list
I very much doubt if clan rings can be used. I suspect Timbo made a mistake, posting "Citadel skilling plots" instead of skilling rings.
A plot isn´t an item...
Juju potions?

Let´s wait if he replys anything

Also, C2 Dungeoneering is allowed.
Anyone has tested it on wc?

I just noticed I'm at #11, I'm perfectly happy to sit it out if it stays at 11. The competition time requirements just fit my current play goals anyhow lol.

tested hourly xp rates at arctic pine vs ivy @ wc96, no +xp gear/urns

arctic pines = 63k/hour approx
ivy = 90k/hour approx

I may be confused. About the rules linked in the first post. Can we not do or use anything on that list all week or will the xp gained by things on that list will not be counted ?

Kinda annoying that we dont get to use xp lamps on any skill :/
C2 dung could be good xp... seems more random though.
Maybe some non-participating clanmembers could clear the dung so its easier for wcers to get the wood

Just not in any hour that you want to count.

Jagex hasn´t posted yet any info how they count the scores..

However.. this is how it was when we participated last time:

You log in, train wc at least for an hour and log out. So, during that time you´re not allowed to use any of these things on your list,'

So if you want to use lamps first, you just log in, use your lamp, log out, log in again and start your wc-ing session.

You sessions should be about 63-65 minutes ( session is the time between login-logout) and at least 4.
Why? just in case.. Last time a clan didn´t make it to the scores at all and when they asked what was wrong, Jagex told them they had numerous 59 minutes sessions which didn´t count..
So lets train wc-ing for at least 63 minutes to make sure your work counts.
Jagex will take 3 of your best sessions and find out the average exp/per hour.

Also, if you planwc-ing more than 4 hours, then please do all the time 63-65 minutes sessions because: for example if you train for 2 hours straight, it still counts as 1 session. And it´s just waste of time.

I hope I could answer some of your questions

Thanks for testing the arctic tree, Mj.
Would be great if someone could test C2 wc-ing too. ( tho I doubt it would be better.. with fishing maybe.. but wc-ing.. not sure).

I think the c2 would take good team coordination to beat ivy speed. running around just doesn't pay in my opinion.
People were running chasing high level nodes for example in runespan while I just camped and siphoned whatever was in front of me.... I got cape.

Yeah.. so if we have 5 ppl in team.. 1 is wc-er, 2nd has gs on him and looks for wc spots, and other 3 clear the floor?

So:
Clan rings cannot be used

Allowed are:
juju potions
familiars

I suspect the next skill could be mining . Would be great to have juju potions for mining, so who is planning on mining, please visit herblore habitat :)

For woodcutting please use a familiar ( beaver boosts wc I believe)

I don't have either of those juju potions :/
Is beaver the best woodcutting familiar?
