Would you please explain this a little more? Is "GMT + BST" synonymous with daylight savings time? (I'm yearning to understand these confounding time zone issues better. :P )

GMT is allways the same, it's us who move. So during summer (daylight saving time), UK is GMT +1 due to DST. That's whats causing all this mess :P.

It also doesnt help that what is known as DST (Daylight Savings Time) is also known as BST (British Summer Time) :lol:
