Ideas for consideration

Some thoughts and ideas for your approval or not:
Change the format of the newspaper to a more traditional type, so instead of the scroll effect (which I personally have always found uneasy on the eyes), we have a traditional newspaper look more akin to that of the Varrock Herald. We could perhaps even call it The Asgarnian Times or The Koa Herald, or something similar.
The contents as they have been I think have been fun, and I think the paper should include:
An Editorial
News from Admin /Liaison / Events Teams
The Comings / Goings / Anniversaries of members. I know these are on the forums, but I think it would be interesting to see them ‘lumped' together on a regular basis
Comic Interviews with members – these are always amusing. But I think alongside this we should also have a KOA Spotlight which would be either a serious interview with a clan member or a piece about that member written by themselves.
Skill Week Analysis - I think is interesting and should stay. But perhaps we could also include Tips and Tricks from the Skill Week Winners.
Quiz and/or crossword. What about having a Photo Caption Competition?
Invite Members Contributions about Rs or Rl / funny moments / recipes / news for sharing / whatever is on their minds
Forthcoming Events / Features
Ask members what they want to see.
I would like to see the newspaper monthly but realise that this will be a lot of work, but I also think that quarterly is too long a time – so what about every other month?
On a final note: I don't think that the paper should be purely Runescape based but should involve some ‘real life' content as well. Runescape items and issues are usually discussed on the forums so how about making room for real life here? After all, we all do have a real life that can impact on our RS lives. For example I know that McQueen Beez is a good artist, and that you Scootch are good at pking; that Sunni makes soap and that you Dan are going for the dungeoneering; that Land Otter makes very decorative birthday cakes, and that Gilly has a penchant for penguins – why don't we get to know a bit more about our clannies lives outside of the game as well as inside?
I lied – one more thing – apologies for making this so long, but I don't sleep very well and have nothing better to do lmao!!
So whadya think? If you didn't already know, I am unable to work due to Fibromyalgia so have time on my hands to do as much or as little as you want me to. To be honest it will like going back to work for me and much welcomed.

Nice ideas sally, but as jokr says, don't think real life would fit into the paper. I have been writing a few questions this afternoon about the koa skill week winner, so would like the opportunity to try them out after our next winner, if you all don't mind?

Really good ideas, llysa. I have a photo that I was actually thinking of writing some word balloons for and posting on the forum, but we could use it in the paper. I'll post it later when we get going a little more if you want.
