There is always a Citadel workout on Tuesday nights also that start at 9pm est.

Although the event starts at 7pm Donald, you can turn up at 8pm....I didnt make it until 8.25pm last night as I had stuff on - If I am right I think it lasts 2 hours and folks dip in and out during that time.
