The race will occur over TWO Sundays, so if you register you must be prepared to compete BOTH weeks, although some teams will be eliminated after the first round of competition.
If someone who is on an advancing team has to drop out or is a no-show, we will try to have a few backup players ready to step in but no promises, Backup players may be someone already eliminated, or someone who registered only as a backup. So if you register and have an emergency please contact your partner and myself as soon as possible so we can get your teammate a replacement.
You must register as an individual – you will be matched with your teammate.
Please only sign up if you are available and can compete for each round in its entirety. You will be teamed with another player, please be considerate and don't drop out, start late or quit early.
If you wish to participate but cannot commit to the entire event, BOTH weeks, please register as a volunteer assistant or backup and indicate which dates/times you are available
Starting times for each round are:
Noon Pacific/1PM MT/2PM Cent/3PM Eastern/7pm GMT/8pm UTC
and you must commit to a minimum of 2 hours to complete the round.
Round 1 –SUNDAY May 16th (Please note If we have over 5 teams/10 entrants we can offer two round 1's, the alternate being offered on Sat May 15th)
FINAL ROUND – SUNDAY May 23rd
