Player-Owned House plan

Hey everyone, we were talking a bit about POH designs the other day in the clan chat, so I thought I'd post the design I used for mine. I went all-in once I had the money and 99 contruction - I totally destroyed the mess I had, other than the menagerie and costume rooms, and rebuilt from scratch. It took a while, but it was totally worth it. I got the idea for this layout online at one or another of the fansites, so I can't claim total credit, but I did modify it a bit.

As you can see, it has everything you might need, and everything on the main floor is close by, so no running through a half-dozen rooms to get to something. Not sure where I'm going to put the upcoming room, whatever it ends up being, but I'll figure that out mostly based off of the door layout.

So, if anyone wants more details about anything in my house, just ask... and feel free to come visit and see what it looks like in-game, too! And lastly, post your own design so we can have a collection of options for those people who want to do a total house makeover.

Ah interesting, i might use this and adjust accordingly when i can afford to. Looks great though Have you got any screenies of it in practice, would love to see how it turned out

You gave me an excuse to learn how to use the Orb of Oculus... sweet!

planed mine from the start and upgraded everything i could every 10 levs or so this skill was done with mostly free exp.

Those are some nice plans...been debating starting to overhaul mine, put some stuff together rather quickly shortly after construction came out and have never really used my house since. Stopped by the other day and realized I had no idea where anything was really at.

it is worth building with a plan in mind unless you have billions of coins to spare
