what an utter load of crap. If you were going to refer a friend in the first place, then you would have done it by now. There is no benefit to the average player at all, but it will encourage bots no end. Comments above already pretty much sum up my thoughts. grr

I agree with those who hate this development. This is nasty. Too much like the mindless FaceBook games where all that really counts is making up false friends and paying in money. Unbelievable

LOL my son was trying to sign me up to WOW because they had a similar program about a year ago.
When you compare the ease of getting xp to what it once was it's clear Jagex is trying to help out non botters who seem to be a vanishing breed.
Anyway, just a bogus money grab IMO.

i'm glad people think this is bs. cos i do and i thought i might be the only one. they say there gonna fix the bot problem but it seems to me that they dont give a rats pyjama's as long as there makin a bit of money out of them. Looks like gamin satisfaction for the proper players accounts for nothing its all about the moneyz.
