Vote on NEW member/friend CC identifier

The intent here is NOT to create new ranks but to help ppl readily identify new members/friends.

Yes, this is most definitely not a ranking system as every member that temporarily gets a smiley will be of equal rank as our longer stated members / friends. It really is purely for identifying new people

Yeah I'm just letting you know what I've ran into. I'd advise using the Smiley face over the Recruit, as nobody really considers it a rank, meaning less of a press for competition. Remember that while we know there's no competition for ranks, newbies may not be so well informed.

i think that it would be good idea to tell the diff from new to older members. Alot of people to join us so i think it would help.

Based on the votes, we've gone ahead with the new identifier in CC. This means that once a new person joins KoA, for the first week they will have the next to their name. At the end of the week, staff will change their CC "rank" to reflect Friend or Member, respectively.

So, if you see a in CC, please smile back and introduce yourself!
