I always thought if you had old confirmation emails you'd be set.

when u get ur membership...there is a transaction number...did u by chance write that down somewhere...only the person who could have that number is the person who did the membership...just a thought

i was emailing w/ a jmod and sent them the emails and everything. The system wont reset the password because of the recovery questions. I told them the bank pin forwarded emails for subscription and also a pic of my card statement w/ the payment on them. i asked them to track the ip address and the jmod confirmed that my ip was the one thats been on the account until yesterday. he told me there is nothing he can do though.

i am still emailing with the jmod to see if anything more can be done, but i dont know what will come of it.

Thats really too bad. I remember way back in 2004 I thought I lost my account. I did get it back although without the items. Still much better then losing everything all together. I wish you the best in getting this sorted out.

i had my account stolen one time. Back in 2003-04. Luckily I got it back by guessing the password that it was changed too.

well now i just got denied on my 8th attempt, but i did how ever get the j mod to freeze the account. i am going to go back and play my dinky 1150 alt, so maybe ill be back in a year or so. One of my friends might start playing enough again to come join koa. he came over and hung out with me a week ago and watched the sc event. so maybe he will join, but i will be back someday

What is the exact name of you other account? There could be an option to make an exception here and add it as clan friend. ( if you still keep playing on it).
