What's your routine?

What dailies/weeklies/monthlies do you do on a regular basis?

Dr Brad posted a link to a list of dailies, but I'm more interested in which ones you personally find worthwhile enough to do on a regular basis.

Examples: penguins, troll invasion, jack of trades, kingdom management, free essence from wicked hood, etc.
