Terror Dogs

My current Slayer Assignment is Terror Dogs. I know they're in Tarn's lair, but don't even remember if I fought them doing quest/mini-game, etc. Anyone have any tips or advice for them?

I have mine on perm block so it's been a while. As far as I remember they are a PAIN! Hit hard (I think I remember using prayer) and are in multi combat and not to mention a pain to get to. Slayer ring teleport will help you get there quicker.

your prayer is drained quickly in the room so don't coun't on prayer.

if I have them I take guthans with me. thy're not much of a problem then in my opinion.
you best find a position where you can get attacked by maximum 2 dogs at the same time.

ya exactly what mart said, guthans and then go into a little side room so only 1 or 2 attack at a time

Would Bunyips help?

sure, they would help. But I wouldn't count on a bunyip alone. the dogs hit hard and 2 hp per 15 seconds won't do the trick most of the time.

The Terror Dogs were easy for me, but that may be because of my level. Instead of taking my Guthan's armor/spear, I took bones to peaches tabs. I used 2 of them, each giving about 10 peaches, but didn't use all the ones from the second scroll. I did start out with a few sharks, and kept one the entire time.

My assignment was 48 terror dogs, so that may help some of you plan in the future if you get these as a task.
