KoA Tutorial Weekend - 29th-30th January

Ever wanted to know how to fight Zilyana or the Corporeal Beast? or ever wanted to have go at Stealing Creation or catch some Manta Ray on the Fishing Trawler?

Well here is your chance to have a personal guided trip to any monster or any activity in Runescape. At your request, a member of staff will tell you everything you need to know how to fight that monster or take part in that complicated mini-game you have always wanted to take part in. You will be shown exactly what you need to wear and take in your inventory and then will be shown the way to wherever you wish to go.

Once you arrive at your destination of choice, you will have as much time as you like to ask any questions about the activity/monster in question. If it is a monster that you have chosen, we will find a world already occupied by a team so you can see first hand how the monster is fought and again question anything you do not understand. You will not be required to fight the monster, but if you would like to try it we will try to accommodate that.

If it is a mini-game that you have chosen, it is probably best to get in the game once you have asked all the questions you feel are relevant. Once we have started the game, the object will not be completing it in the best or quickest way, it will be for you to fully understand what you are supposed to be doing and afterwards feel confident that you can take part without feeling you are holding people up or letting the side down (which I have felt a few times myself) and most of all to enjoy yourself taking part in clan activities.

One thing to bear in mind is our official clan voice chat Mumble, this would an ideal time to utilise this as it will be far easier to explain things to each other. This is by no means necessary though and you are not obliged to use it if you don't feel like it or are not able to use it.

So please register your interest and state which mini-game/monster you would like to know more about and you will receive a PM from a member of staff with more details.

Also if you feel you could contribute in any way to this weekend please PM a member of the Events Team.

This is a really really good idea. Sadly I will be occupied on those days, I will jump in for a bit but dont want to plan anything incase I cant make it. Would really like to learn Saradomin God Wars though.

Great Idea! I would love to help with this! Weekends aren't my best play time, but I wil try to be on some. :D

I am adept at SC, Blast Furnace, Dung, and Temple Trekking. Maybe I can help with one of those.

BUMP

If anybody else would like to be shown how to do any activity or kill any boss monsters, please post as soon as possible to give us as much time as possible to organise the trip.

I love the idea :D I'm definitely up for corp beast since i've never attempted to fight him and have always wanted to learn how and give it a try. Zilyana also sounds good since I haven't done that in a very long time either.

I'd like to know how to fight the GWD bosses, most importantly Armadyl and Bandos, but also the zamorak and saradomin bosses as well.

I should have stated that the PMs have sent through the forums not Runescape. You will receive one soon Tom :) just have to work out when we can host it, then we will PM you the details to check with you.
