The easiest way I can describe it if you dont want to read the guide is:
Go to Gnome stronghold D+D below the agility arena
Once the time starts, run around clicking on all the purdy flutterbys and put the in your jar (provided upon entry)
once the jar is full, feed them to the Big Chinchompa, and repeat the running around.
