The Important Part
We're continuing work on our Tier 7 Citadel (65% complete). Gather the upkeep (see Upkeep) first, then work on the Citadel upgrade. We need to focus on Bars, Precious Bars, and Rations. Gather 10% of your cap at the Summoning Obelisk.

Is it fair to plead that no one collect stone? (already at 100%)

I believe that once the upkeep is met, Tamal locks it so no more can be collected?

Correct, that's why I've grown to like that new feature: I don't have to spend as much time worrying about keeping resources in check. Everyone can collect up until we hit our goal (which is always upkeep + primary upgrade) then the plot locks. When all goals have been met all the locks "fall" off.

Brilliant progress (10% in little over 24 hours!!!1). Upkeep is covered, we're closing the gap on the upgrade. Pleased as punch!

Great progress even with BXPW. We're nearing completing our logs and cloth goals. This means two things: these plots will lock when the goals are hit and minions will start flowing to bars once logs are maxed. Rations are lagging a bit, let's concentrate on those.
