We're continuing work on our Tier 7 Citadel (31% complete). Gather the upkeep (see Upkeep) first, then work on the Citadel upgrade. We need to focus on Bars, Precious Bars, and Rations. Gather 10% of your cap at the Summoning Obelisk.
