SotC: Build Tick 29 (T7 Citadel!)

The Important Part
We're starting on our Tier 7 Citadel. Gather the upkeep (see Upkeep) first, then work on upgrades (see Upgrades) but check the target goals in-game to see real-time progress. Gather 10% of your cap at the Summoning Obelisk.

We have upgraded skill plots (BBQ, Loom). It's our first week gathering for Tier 7!
