We've gathered enough resources to upgrade to Tier 6 Citadel AND build our Grand Statue at the next build tick.

I've adjusted the goals to our next customization: big awesome keep doors! These goals aren't as critical as our upgrade goals, but if you have time then collecting towards them will make our Citadel that much more our own.

It will be done, and we will get to the Zaros statue eventually, but I want to clear out the other customizations in the pipeline first (as there are a limited number of build slots).

I'll guess ~8 weeks to get the requirements and ~8 weeks for the actual upgrade; the latter is determined by how many clan members help out.

We need to build and upgrade a cooking plot to Tier 6, as well as get most other plots to Tier 6 before we can start the upgrade.
