Looks like it's the end of the line for this host, the service is unnacceptable, I will start looking for an alternative straight away, might be a couple of weeks before we move however.

when i was applying i thought it was my internet being slow then i realised everything else was fine im sure there will be a nice free running service

Maybe I just get lucky at the time when I'm browsing the forums, but I've never had much of a problem with this host. Maybe just coincidence or possibly location...I dunno. Had a few 4-5 second page loads, but that's about it.
