Yeah everyone is having simular problems, rather than keep fiddling, while it is half working, I'm leaving it as it is waiting for the developers of the bridge to get back to me, it seems they have as little clue as I do, the settings are all correct, but something is wrong in the way the cookies are being handled, so rather than do anymore damage I'm gonna wait for them to give me some answers, then I'm going to try them on a mirror copy of this, rather than cause more issues with fixes that might not work.
ALtho on a side note, it works perfectly for me lol, I've only logged in when the cookie has reched its time limit

if you are having problems getting back in, theres a few things youu cant try.
log into the mainpage, if it shows you as logged in on the mainpage, log out then back in.
when logging into the mainpage it may reload the page and you are not logged in (it does say session expired but it might not have been noticed as it's just on the regular mainpage), even if you checked remember me. check remember me again and log in again and that seems to work.
try deleteing KoA's cookies! or your cookies in general.
