From me to all of KOA Clan

Post by scootch » Fri Aug 21, 2009 12:12 pm

:D Dont Know if this goes in this part forums. But here it goes. Recently i was asked About My playing,How could i play for so long and not have the stats. That most High levels have.
Is simple. I not much on skilling. I never have been, I measure runescape in freinds. Is fun to come to a place and game. Chat And just do whatever. Back in Classic All i did was PK. Group of freinds Get on Voice And PK. when one does this for over a year . Its all that i knew how to do well. Now their is a new runescape Of skills Jagex has seen fit to put PVP On worlds by them selves, and Its not alot of fun. No Honor They just tele.
So i have to learn How to skill. Am slowly giving up the Idea of the wilderness being the way it use to be, A scarry place with lots of scary people. Who I really like to Kill alot. My fav, thing would wait for the big clan members to kill A tresure trail Skull then kill them. Lots and lots of gear over the years. haha.
Well enough of the old days. Now is just what i need in the game, I not much on buying anything. I try and do it all my self. Am slow at it. But I belong to awsome clan. And for now Is home. Stats are this My freinds list is pretty much full And Thats a stat that i am proud Of.

Scootch :D PS One thing If I gig you in chat, Its Not coz I dont like you. Is because I do like you And Is because is all fun.

Thanks for sharing, Brett. One thing I enjoy about RS is how the game supports such a wide diversity of player goals. Some primarily skill, some kill, some PVP, some pure, some commune, some hoard gps, etc. (We'll set aside those unfortunate RS players who enjoy offending.) Here, here to respectful, diversity of choice! :D

I agree that fun is more important, and whatever makes the game fun for you is what a person should do. Be it skilling, killing, minigames, or standing in varrockl trying to bypass the chat filter and say dirty words :P. I know, I've said it before, but I doubt I'd still be playing RS if not for KoA. :D

Nicely put, Scootch! :D

This is just awesome how many nice ppl we have in KoA! I´m so glad to have you as friends :x *group hug*

You are the only reason I play the game. You can find me often just standing in bank and chatting. Idk if this is a bad habit, surely my stats could be higher without doing it.. But I love talking ;)

I don't blame you at all. If you're not having fun, there really isn't a reason to play. I'm glad that you found your niche and are happy. :)

As for this I had to chuckle because I am the same way. I generally pick on and kid with people I like the most. Weird how that is. :-?

My memory might be out of wacked a bit but... I recall lvl 40 taking months to get before you could bank items... I used all my 'trying to do stuff' reserves in RSC lol. Believe me when I tell you lvl 66 smithing is no easy feat when you have to haul all your ores across Asgarnia to get a couple hundred xp. ^^ I don't blame anyone who has been playing so long for having low skills.
