This is due to a mega hectic RL atm, I guess most of you know I decided to up-sticks and move out of london before Christmas, well as it turned out it was about 2 weeks before the collapse of the world economy lol. Only a dumbass like myself would have such perfect timing to give up his job so few days before such impending collapse
anyway so I've been merching RS style IRL, which is taking up every minute of my day. until I find a regular job, given the current situation locally, will be some time, my time on RS will be eratic and limited for an unknown period. The only reason I am around of late is that my (swan) car decided to die, and I had to get a "new" car, which I now have.
I have very much been thinking of stepping down as there are so many unfulfilled promises I have made of late, new website, being around to host events etc.. I felt this was letting the clan down.
But due to kal calling me a dumbass and threatening to hurt me, I've decide that was a stupid idea, and I'm sure everyone understands the impact of RL on RS.
So I will be taking a kind of back-seat, basically as things have been for the last 6 months, kal and kodi run things and I come in and muck everything up every so often. Or when kal is just being too nice, I'll come on and be grumpy just to even things out a little. I'll be around doing background stuff, like fixing the site when kal breaks it.
We will also be having a new admin within the week, something which we feel very lucky about as we thought the person we wanted would say no. I'm sure you'll all agree when the anouncement is made that a better candidate there could not be.

Due to my extremely limited time, I've done maybe 5 minutes work on it in the last few months, it is not a case that it's never gonna happen, more a case of god knows when it will happen, so this week while I'm still around a new website will be going online, it is a premade cms, so not as funky as our future site will be, but we hope it will do the job in the short term of making this more of a clan site than a forum, it will be simular to the site we had before (those of you who have been here a longg time might remember it lol), without all the excess baggage.

The koa address.
Some of you may have read the "ooops" post I made some time ago.
Basically I was an idiot and put all the domain names I own on one account I rarely access with their own email I rarely access.
I went on to check how long was left of our tenure, and I found out that it ran out several months before. So we do not own www.koaclan.co.uk despite many attempts to contact the company that I had the domain with, they have not answered me with a view to purchasing the address back, altho they dont seem to be changing the name servers to not point at us, I feel it is best we change name ASAP, so as not to cause any problems should they suddenly do something with it.
We are thinking of keeping the name koa as we have been koa since 2002. probably something along the lines of koa18.com or simular.
