In today's update, it states:

PvE...PvE....PvE?

I Googled this and got "Player versus Environment". (I see it discussed in the context of WoW.) Is that correct? How does it differ from PvM?

Maybe it means Player vs Everything.

Are the bolts tradeable? I would make some if I could sell them, but otherwise I don't have too much use for them.

You are correct, id say PvE is a more common convention used in most MMORPG's for what we call PvM. Although Although if you really want to overanalyse the game I would suppose PvE would be much more broad and encompass anything that is included in the environment, while PvM only includes monsters.

Although when I hear PvM I only think of boss monsters, so I do not think it includes slayer monsters. Unless I am mistaken there. Just the vibe I get when I hear the name used in context. But for the most part to make this more simple you can just assume that PvP = players vs players and PvE/PvM = Players vs (Everything other than players).

I only went to two of the trees in darkmeyer and soul wars, made 100 bolts and sold them for 10x what the ge value was worth. Legit.

I visited all 6 trees:

20 fletched @ Soul Wars
90 @ Ritual plateau
10 @ Darkmeyer
10 @ south of Pirate Hideout – 2 attempts to PK me (hopped worlds)
10 @ demonic ruins – 1 attempt to PK me (hopped worlds)
20 @ chaotic altar - 1 attempt to PK me (hopped worlds)
TOTAL FLETCHED = 160

Now that I know the locations, for the two lower wildy ones, I will go there via F2P worlds and then hop to P2P world (Quickchat only W96)

we should have this as a little event for those who can cut and fletch these bolts. safety in numbers as they say.
