The following "hint" was posted at Jagex's Twitter page today:
Almost ready to go with the new EXTREME!! combo flavours for #RuneScape whilst the Imps finish off their "colloquium" project... Ajd
I wonder what that means...

Hehe, you'll get no hints or answers out of us, I'm afraid. All I know is I'm looking forward to it and I'm going to really enjoy getting stuck in, working it out and training it up. It promises to be something suitably different, though, and I can't wait for the challenge!
On that note, I'll move this over to Future Updates as this is more of a speculation thread.

Maybe I'm over reading in to is but the

The only cooking rebalence that I'm interested in is making it more profitable. I'm no longer interested in cook XP.

In a recent developer's Q&A, Jagex stated not to expect a new skill until sometime in 2010.

It clearly means Sailing. I don't know how any of you get anything BUT Sailing out of that. It's so easy to see anyone who doesn't see is clearly ignorant like all other Sailing-haters. ;)
JK, ON topic: I think it's got something to do with Imps, which are small, like fairies, therefore Fairy Quest 3 and Imp Catcher 2 have been combined to make "EXTREME FAIRY AND IMP QUEST OUT IN CHERRY FLAVOR!!"
Sorry, but really that's all I got out of that. Definitely one of the best twitter hints yet.
EDIT: Never mind it's probably just the Hallowe'en event. The french twitter version kind of hints at it.
