Feedback Survey for my Site.

Hey Guys,
I know it's a bit late for this, but I've been running a survey on my site for a few weeks now that's designed to give me feedback on the usability and readability of my site and give me ideas as to where I need to improve. So far I'm up to 109 responses!
I'm also doing a giveaway in relation to it, and today (March 31st) is the last day to do the survey and still be elligible for the giveaway. So if you want to see if you may win something, fill it out!
