If two or more skills tie at the end of the clan vote, the skill that was competed the furthest removed (timewise) will be selected. For example, skill A and B tie with the clan vote on January 2012. Skill A was last competed December 2010; skill B was last competed October 2010. Skill B will be selected.

The only rules for Skill Week are: Obey Jagex and KoA Clan general rules. Otherwise, have at it!

Well it's clear that Construction's not going to win. And as far as I can tell, there's never been a magic skillweek in KOA based on the history when I took a look at it, and change and something different is always nice, so I've switched my vote to magic. Let's go magic!
