Hello KoA!

I know a lot of you are curious to try the Zaros GWD boss Nex, but of course one of the things which may be holding you back is the fact you don't have a frozen key.
This is the solution to your problem!

Come out to the KoA Frozen key event to hunt down those frozen key pieces alongside your fellow clan members in preparation for a future Nex event.

This event will take place at 4pm EST on Friday, November 25th.

The minimum reqs for this event are:

-70 Hitpoints
-70 Strength
-70 Ranged
-70 Agility
**-83 Slayer would be an advantage**

In order to make the frozen key you will need a piece of the key from each of the GWD encampment areas. The easiest monsters to kill are:

-Bandos: goblins
-Zamorak: imps
-Saradomin: spiritual mages (sorry no shortcuts here )
-Armadyl: lower leveled avansies

Don't forget you will need an item from each of the gods, or a single piece of Zaros armour will also count as all the god armour.

If you are short on cash I would suggest:

-Bandos piece: Bandos cloak or ancient mace or granite mace (note that if you use a mace you will need to get your bandos kills with this weapon)
-Zamorak: unholy symbol or zamorak arrow or zamorak book
-Saradomin: holy symbol or saradomin arrow or saradomin stole
-Armadyl: armadyl pendant or armadyl coif

Don't forget these important items:

-ranged equipment (you will need to kill arma followers)
-prayer potions (spiritual mages hit hard if you don't pray)
-2 ropes (for the saradomin encampment and the Zaros encampment if you decide to check it out)
-mithril grapple (for getting into the arma encampment)
-hammer (bandos encampment)

The amount of followers you have to kill to get each key piece will be random, it could be your first kill or it could take you 100.

I'll try to come, been aiming to go for nex for quite some time and the key was one of the few things left to get.

Do you only have to do this activity once to get access to the all the god wars bosses?

You only have to do this if you want access to the zaros area and if you want to fight Nex.

Yes what Oob said, the frozen key is to gain access to the Zaros inner chambers =D not a place for the feint of heart
