You must have finished summers end quest to kill the beast

For those that have never been before A zammy spear is required for those wishing to melee or ruby bolts (e) for rangers
Getting there : games necklace
A cheap set up is: black d-hide's, ardy cape (for stab bonus) dragon boots, ring of life, amulet of glory.

also, any rangers need to take emmy e's to stun the core. If there are no rangers, i will be a volunteer

No need to do maths, the runetracker converter above should give you timings for your own timezone (in green)
