That's odd-- why does Runetrack say I'm on Mountain Time? I'm not. hehe. Even with Daylight Savings in effect now it's still wrong. But 5pm Pacific is good enough for me.

I changed your calendar preference to DST. Please check the time in the right upper corner ("It is currently...."). Is the time correct now?

I double checked my global settings and yes, I see "Summer Time/DST is in effect" is ticked to yes.

However, it's still wrong. It still lists my time as GMT -6 Mountain Time. If the sig works with GMT being fixed independent of Summer Time/DST it should be listed as GMT -7, I guess, so the time would show as 5PM.

I have no idea why this is. The city is wrong, too (it lists Wenatchee), but that's to be expected based on the network backbones here (I use Verizon, and I know the local ISP server is based in Spokane)... trackers will list a variety of cities other than my own. I don't understand how such would affect the time zone being so inaccurate, though.

Usually, Runetracker sigs for events get my time right... but this one is not.

Hmm.... if my calculations are correct (and they probably aren't!), 8pm Eastern is midnight in the Uk. If this is the case, I will almost certainly try to stay up for it - I love pc!! 8->

I think 8pm Eastern will be 1am GMT.

I will drink lots of coffee and try and make it to the event.

Edit: When I said 1am what I really meant was midnight

I think I'll be able to make it, don't know how long I'll stay though since it's gonna be in the middle of the night

I might actually be able to make this one, if I can get in my gym workout fast enough after work. I'll give it a shot!
