The setup in the first picture. The latter is really negligible in large teams.

I've another question. I saw in a different guide they suggested using proselyte for more prayer bonus...is this a better yet still cheap option? Oh and what boots are those?

Yarr. At 25k it's a fair deal. I haven't done the quest at the time so it's a good suggestion.
