Last time i checked...and it was a while ago you couldn't do any citadel work until a week after joining the clan chat. Is that still the case? I'll probably come along anyway

It is a week Viz,I see you were added on the 10th by Snow so it will be the 17th or 18th, depending on what time you were added before you can skill in the citadel.
You are more than welcome to come to the event and meet some of the clannies, we have a real lau you can have a wander around, maybe look at the theatre.
An induction of some dragon poop scooping would be most welcomed too, he poops a lot ;)
