SotC: Build Tick 13

Welcome to the State of the Citadel, Build Tick 13, where I post our weekly progress building the best award-winning citadel resources can buy.

The Important Part
Cut at least 6245 logs, mine 5690 stone, and smith 3455 bars and 2220 precious bars this week. Check the target goals in-game to see what needs to be worked on. Goals will change throughout the week as they are met. Don't over-gather charcoal or ore as we can't keep them in the storehouse.


What's New
We have a T5 Citadel!!1111 We also have a T4 Battlefield.

Upgrades (selected)
T5 Storehouse: 2500 logs, 2000 stone, 750 bars, 900 precious bars, 2500 cloth
T5 Battlefield: 900 logs, 1500 stone, 1500 bars, 1800 precious bars, 3600 cloth
T5 Woodcutter: 1700 logs, 1000 stone, 150 bars, 70 precious bars, 200 cloth
T5 Mine: 350 logs, 650 stone, 400 bars, 200 precious bars, 350 cloth
T5 Kiln: 900 logs, 800 stone, 250 bars, 150 precious bars, 300 cloth
T5 Furnace: 700 logs, 1600 stone, 100 bars, 100 precious bars, 350 cloth
T1 Loom: 160 logs, 300 stone, 120 bars
T1 Summoning: 250 logs, 250 stone, 60 bars, 60 precious bars

Customizations
Spherical evergreen 46% complete (5454/15000 logs, 3000/3000 stone, 1500/1500 pbars)
Grand Armadyl Statue 8% complete (7379/80000 stone, 4178/25000 bars, 1988/20000 pbars)

Resources
Do not over-gather ore or charcoal as we cannot store them in the storehouse, we want to finish the week with 0 ore and 0 charcoal. We're gathering for a T1 Loom and T1 Obelisk, as well as partial payment for a T5 Storehouse. This leaves the total upkeep + upgrade resource requirement at a low 6245 logs, 5690 stone, 3455 bars, and 2220 precious bars. In-game targets have been set to reflect this. After the upkeep + upgrade requirements are met I'll adjust the goals upward to cover customizations. Customizations always come after any building upgrades.

Next Week
We'll get a Loom (Crafting) and an Obelisk (Summoning).

How to read the resources screen
To access the resources screen, click the Citadel Interface button (where you'd normally bring up the map) and then click the view resources tab:

The different resources are listed, along with the quantity gathered. The red bar shows how much we need for upkeep, this is the most critical. Yellow is how much we need for the marked building upgrades, also critical for our progress. The green is the surplus that'll be put towards customizations or stored in the storehouse. The blue marker (not shown) is our primary target while the yellow markers are other targets. I set these targets to (usually) upkeep + upgrade + storehouse cap.

You can find a simplified version in your production tab:

Here we see that there is much more stone gathered than timber, so in this case you should concentrate your efforts on cutting roots. As more and more types of resources are gathered it'll be your responsibility to check these screens and determine where your efforts are needed.

looking forward to the crafting and summoning options next week. I notice that we also have a new layout :) The roof of the citadel looks a little different but i haven't noticed much change. No disk-jockey or disco ball in the party room still...

Bumped up precious bars goal to account for upkeep and file bug with Jagex (pbar upkeep isn't shown on the resources screen).

Got as much of the upgrades as possible, all that's left is cloth then the "customization" hotspots.

I've adjusted the goals upwards to include customizations and set the primary goal to logs, as we need a relatively small amount (9.5k) to complete the potted plants customization.

Embarrassingly enough it was me! I didn't expect the goal to have been reached already.

I toiled away and maxed on stone for atonement. Is that enough?

Perhaps enough for one log...but you gathered TWO extra! Yep I think public flogging in the town square is due.
