Site downtime and problems

Caused by host not me.
they did something last night, god knows what but cPanel the lot was down.
Then this morning the site was working but there were heaps of errors everywhere.
I've figured all errors are due to any caches on the site anywhere being CHMOD'ed incorrectly. God knows how as everthing worked before whatever the host did last night.
I've been round fixing every error that I know of. But if anyone finds any errors please let me know so i can fix them.
Signatures should all be working now.
