The calendar now works, sadly to get it working I had to change the site theme, I will fix this during the weekend, as I will have to alter the old theme slightly, shouldn't take long, but I'm struggling to find time to get on.
I'll also add a clock to the mainpage and forums to lessen confusion about timezones.

Many thanks for a central calendar!
I was experimenting with it noticed that you'll want to follow this behavior:
Creating an event
1. Go into User Control Panel > Board Preferences
2. Set your time zone and DST option to the correct values for where you are located
3. Go to the calendar and create a new event using your local time as the start and end times
Viewing an event
1. Go into User Control Panel > Board Preferences
2. Set your time zone and DST option to the correct values for where you are located
3. View events on the calendar. The times listed are for your local time zone.
Don't try to do the conversions to/from UTC before entering the time, as it'll be wrong. If everyone sets their correct time zones in their board prefs, we'll all be synced.

Ty, Fir!
That was really a useful info.. I did set the Shades event for 11 pm ( my time) on wednesday. Is everyone seeing it correctly at 3 pm EST ( standard) and 8 GMT?

It shows 4pm for me which means 3pm EST and 8 GMT so it's perfect (the times are right I mean, I still wont be able to make it

Thank you, Chris! Unfortunately it´s impossible for me to start it later ( I know, you log in about in an hour after that) because I have to go to work next morning

Of course Kal,
No need to even consider it. It's impossible to make events that everyone can attend. Besides during the week it's hit or miss for me. Some days I don't play at all.
